Grano at Hacienda AltaGracia

One of four dining outlets at Hacienda AltaGracia, Grano is the destination for fine dining. All ingredients are locally sourced, with most coming from El Cultivo, the restaurant's extensive onsite garden. Our studio re-imagined the restaurant's finishes and layout, designing new custom furniture and lighting throughout the interior and exterior spaces. Mirroring the expansive mountain views from the restaurant, we brought the outside in with lushly planted banquettes.
